Plain-English information about how Peritio, LLC collects, uses, shares, and retains information for the Peritio website and platform.
Introduction
Peritio, LLC operates Peritio, a practice-to-insight platform for organizational readiness. This Privacy Policy explains how Peritio collects, uses, shares, and retains information when people visit our website, contact us, or use the Peritio platform.
Peritio is intended for business and organizational use. Access to the platform is controlled through organization approval, and Peritio is currently in private development and pilot preparation.
Information we collect
Account information may include name, email address, organization, role, account details, login details, and related access records.
Organization information may include organization name, approved domains, account codes, administrator approvals, role and access settings, and configuration details.
Practice session information may include selected scenario, difficulty, timestamps, duration, usage activity, score, rubric results, AI-generated feedback, coach summaries, model or prompt version metadata, token and usage metadata, and related service metadata.
Support and contact information may include the information you send when you contact support@peritio.ai.
Website, app usage, and analytics information may be collected in the future to understand traffic, conversion, product usage, reliability, and service performance.
Account access and organization administration
Peritio uses multiple checks before platform access is granted. A user email domain must match an approved organization, the user must have an enterprise account code provided by their organization or administrator, and the user must be approved by an administrator.
Authorized organization administrators may receive information needed for account administration, role and access management, usage visibility, and pilot or customer management.
Practice sessions, audio, transcripts, and AI processing
Peritio may process voice or audio during a practice session only to provide the practice experience and generate responses or feedback.
Raw audio is not stored after processing and is not used for other purposes.
Peritio does not intentionally store full practice transcripts by default. Full transcripts are not retained unless a user explicitly submits information through a feedback or support function. If a user submits feedback or support material that includes transcript-related details or session context, Peritio may retain that submitted material for up to 30 days to review the issue, provide support, debug the service, or complete a quality review related to that submission.
Practice results, scores, feedback, summaries, and metadata may be stored to provide the product experience, support organization administration, improve reliability, and help users and organizations review practice activity.
